FCSC SCHOLARSHIPS

Our Purpose:

The Fort Campbell Spouses Club (FCSC) Scholarship Committee facilitates and awards merit-based scholarships for eligible applicants of Fort Campbell, Kentucky and its surrounding military communities.

We offer scholarships to:

  • eligible high school seniors expecting to attend a college, university, trade school or technical school

  • eligible spouses enrolled in continuing education

Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Must be graduating or have graduated from an accredited high school or homeschool program.

  • Must possess a valid US military identification card and be enrolled in DEERS.

  • Must be accepted or expect to be accepted by a college, university, trade, or technical school for the upcoming fall or spring semester.

  • Must also be one of the following:

    • The dependent child or spouse of an active duty or reserve U.S. military sponsor or assigned to Fort Campbell.

    • The dependent child or spouse of an active duty or reserve U.S. military sponsor whose last duty assignment was Fort Campbell and applicant resides in Christian, Montgomery, Stewart, or Trigg County while the sponsor is on a non-command sponsored assignment on orders.

    • The dependent child or spouse of an active duty retired U.S. military sponsor and both sponsor and applicant reside in Christian, Montgomery, Stewart, or Trigg County.

    • The dependent child or spouse of a deceased member of the U.S. military forces and applicant resides in Christian, Montgomery, Stewart, or Trigg County.

  • If a dependent (child or spouse) applies for a Fort Campbell FCSC scholarship and the spouse is eligible for membership, said spouse must be an active, associate, or honorary member, in full, for the dependent to receive a scholarship or membership dues will be taken out of the scholarship disbursement amount.   • Must submit a completed application file, submitted online by 11:59 PM CT on 8 March 2026. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered.

Process:

1. Read the Application Instructions to see all required components and guidelines.

2. Fill out the Online Application and upload all necessary and required documents no later than 8 March 2026. If any components must be emailed or mailed separately, ensure all are time stamped by this date, including all official transcripts and letters of recommendation.

3. Applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee. Award winners will be notified by 4 April 2026.

4. Failure to accept your award by 18 April 2026 will result in the award being forfeited.

5. Award checks must be cashed by 31 May 2026 or be subject to cancellation.

    • If the Sponsor is active duty: Copy of sponsor’s orders to Fort Campbell

    • If the Sponsor is active duty on non-command sponsored assignment: Copy of sponsor’s orders to Fort Campbell and Sponsor’s orders to non-command sponsored assignment

    • If Sponsor is retired: Copy of Sponsor’s DD214

  • Signed Privacy Act Statement

  • Prompted Essay

  • Two Letters of Recommendation emailed directly from the reference

  • Official school transcripts
